This short report summarises the findings of research with residents in the London Boroughs of Ealing and Hounslow in which these issues were discussed at length.
Conducted in 2016, the research may be a few years old now, but the findings report remains a must-read for any borough looking at making the switch from weekly to fortnightly collections of residual waste or the introduction of wheeled bins.
