ReLondon commissioned Ove Arup & Partners Limited (Arup) to assess the impact of the transition to a circular economy on the waste quantities projected to arise in London during the period 2016 to 2041.
This work informed the development of the Mayor’s London Plan, as the estimation of waste arisings dictate the allocations of land local planning authorities (i.e. the London Boroughs) must make for waste management activities.
