Your Role:

Joining CLUBZERØ at a critical scale-up phase, you will be responsible for all-phases of expanding CLUBZERO´s network of hosts in London and support new launches in other EU cities. Working closely with the CEO, marketing and operations lead, you will drive all partnerships across CLUBZERØ segments including delivery platforms, global distributors, and contract catering. Navigating the growing market for reusables, you will lead the partnership strategy for achieving the highest daily order volume (DOV) enabling CLUBZERØ to reach the broadest audience and deliver the largest impact..

Responsibilities:

  1. Partnerships Growth, New and Existing
  • End to end responsibility from identifying target partners, building sales pipeline, to negotiating and closing (whilst maintaining CRM – Hubspot.)
  • Lead all aspects of driving higher daily order volume through existing partnerships including: signing up new enterprise-ready, restaurant hosts; supporting new corporate clients; identifying opportunities for increasing CLUBZERØ utilisation across hosts and corporate clients (meet with clients as needed).
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure ongoing customer growth and loyalty across host sites.

    2. Post-Sale Operations
  • Work with marketing to build necessary sales, marketing and communication materials to reach, educate and grow partnerships.
  • Manage necessary partnership trackers and customer communication deliverables.
  • Produce sales, partnership, and pipeline updates to team and shareholders.3. Company Scale-up
  • Collaborate with leadership on iterative product and process enhancements.
  • Translate key learnings into actionable growth strategies for the UK and broader EU market.
  • Become the expert in reusables, providing first-of-kind guidance to global brands, consortiums, and cities.

Starting Package (first 12 months)

  • Salary: commensurate with experience / super dynamic startup role
  • Performance bonus: tied to northstar metric / Daily Order Volumes
  • Stock Options: Provided for early stage employees (4 yr vest, 1 yr cliff)
  • Vacation: 28 days (incl. bank holidays)
