Operations Management Lead

The role
Who you are:
- You have operational excellence and the ability to oversee onboarding of new hosts and customer
- You’re a strong communicator and can work closely with sales, marketing and tech leads
- You can ensure commercially sustainable and scalable operational practices are in place to continue to support growth of daily order volume
- You can project manage many of the systems that come to define how reusable packaging as a service works
- You have a strong sense of prioritisation based on scarce resources and high impact that you want to achieve for the business
- You have a high level of organisational skills and immense attention to detail, ultimately creating a blueprint for mass-adoption and leading the transition away from single-use plastic
What the job involves:
- Launch new CLUBZERØ host & customer locations in the London area
- Support Partners across daily washing and logistics functions of the business to ensure excellent practices are adhered to
- Implement drop-point infrastructure, collection and delivery schedules for partner hosts and customers
- Manage full cycle operation for running CLUBZERØ service in London across all Hosts and customers
- Build and manage portfolio of logistics partners for optimal product movement between hosts, users, and wash depot
- Own all data dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators around operations and supply chain, keeping data-up-to-date
- Collaborate with leadership on iterative product and process enhancement opportunities to save on costs, increase efficiencies and drive daily order volume growth
- Identify and report scale-up opportunities with operational partners to CEO to reduce costs as business grows whilst maintaining excellent service for hosts and customers
- Become the expert in reusables, providing first-of-kind guidance to global brands, consortiums, and cities
