Business Development Representative

The Company:

Again is a sustainability start-up that is building the future of the packaging industry. We run small packaging cleaning facilities that clean used packaging for our brand partners, allowing them to use it again (and again) instead of going into landfill or incineration.

We partner with well-known online retailers, waste management carriers and urban logistics networks to collect reusable packaging from consumers, returning it to a nearby CleanCell® for reconditioning and reuse.

We will be the company to generate huge environmental savings by making reusable packaging the same price as disposable packaging.

Your Role:

Join us as our business development representative to help us grow our portfolio of world-leading Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) and Food & Beverage (F&B) brand partners. Help us socialise our mission to shift billions of units of packaging from single use to reuse + how we are collaborating across the value chain to make this happen.

Responsabilities:

• Building and managing a strong sales pipeline for Again’s customers.
• Preparing and presenting presentations to our business partners.
• Being the link between our business partners, our project management, and engineering teams.
• Preparing marketing materials.
• Preparing and writing grant proposals.
• Preparing and managing commercial legal contracts.

Your requirements:

• Excited to support Again’s mission to use technology, innovation and smart supply chain development to shift billions of units of packaging to reuse.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong business acumen required.
• Fluent in English and French (preferable).
• 3-5 years of professional experience in business development type functions.
• Experience working in the FMCG, takeaway food & beverage industry, meal delivery and/or reverse logistics is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Highly organised thinking process and ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner.
• Excellent ability to build presentation decks.
• Excellent ability to prioritise on-the-go and manage your time effectively.
• Excellent ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, rapidly evolving work environment.
