Support for high street businesses
High Streets Beyond Waste
Calling London’s high street food and drink businesses!
Getting on top of the materials and ingredients you buy, use and throw away can help you cut costs, tap into new revenue opportunities, and get ready for upcoming waste regulation. Our high streets beyond waste support aims to help you do just that, with tailored advice from a business advisor and the opportunity to apply for a grant to try out new ‘beyond waste’ ideas!
Businesses we’ve worked with previously have saved up to £1,000 per month by wasting less food, and up to £475 per month by switching to reusable cups instead of disposable ones. Read on to find out how to apply for support to explore similar opportunities for your own business.
What’s on offer?
If you run a high street food and drink business, you can book a dedicated one-to-one session with a business advisor to explore how ‘beyond waste’ ideas could benefit your business and the environment.
In a 1 hour chat you’ll review the materials, ingredients and products your business uses. Our advisor will then take what they learn to create a tailored action plan to help you save money, boost revenue or strengthen customer relationships.
After completing the session you’ll be invited to apply for a grant of up to £5,000 to help bring your chosen action to life with ongoing help from an advisor.
This support is fully funded, and provided at no cost to you.
