About Cauli Ltd

We are Cauli (CauliBox), a rapidly-growing startup that helps businesses and customers ditch disposable food packaging via our digitally-enabled reusable solutions. Our aim is to realise a world that fits our motto: Takeaway without the throwaway.

We had our humble origins in a London street food market, and have since worked with some of the largest organisations including Veolia and Westminster City Council. We are a purpose-led and young team (including 2 members named Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2021!), passionate about making sustainability convenient and accessible to all with the use of technology.

Expectations

• As CTO or our first-hire full-stack developer, you will take full ownership of all technical aspects of the startup, including but not limited to management, modifications and
  improvement of the mobile applications, backend   administration panel, the service delivery system, and starting and growing a tech team.

Ideal profile

• You have an entrepreneurial and sustainable mindset, and are ready to make a difference to our environment with tech and data. Self-motivated, focused and will be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to driving growth and changes.
• Proven hands-on development experience with front-end (Android/ios/Angular), back-end (database/Laravel/MySQL), web, systems integration, API design, and the full lifecycle including deployment, monitoring, and operational refinement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to work as part of a team and alone, in a fast paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

• Compensation: £35-40K per annum + generous equity opportunities
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration of role – Full time
