Chief of Staff

As Greyparrot enter a phase of rapid growth, they are looking for someone to work hand in hand with the CEO on helping them to scale successfully.

The role will therefore suit someone who is looking for a broad experience getting hands on with the nuts and bolts of an expanding enterprise and team (from 15 to 30 people in the near term), but is also able to quickly and analytically deep dive into a subject matter depending on the business need.

In any given quarter, your role may shift between managing, supporting or doing within the responsibilities below. Responsibilities fall into three areas:

(1) A trusted stakeholder in strategy, planning and finance activities

(2) Leading excellent and effective communications and operations and

(3) Operational processes and systems.

This opportunity will most likely suit someone with at least 2-3 years consulting experience or a blend of consulting and industry / prior startup experience.
